All sales are final due to the nature of our digital products.
Refunds will be considered only under the following conditions:
- You received a non-working code and we verify it was unused.
- You were charged twice or experienced a technical error.
- You received the wrong product.
To request a refund, contact us at aitoribargutxi7@gmail within 7 days of purchase. We may request additional verification or evidence.
No refunds will be issued for:
- Customer errors (e.g., buying the wrong item).
- Used or redeemed codes.
- Claims made beyond 7 days after purchase.
We reserve the right to approve or deny refund requests at our sole discretion.
